Recover the way athletes do.
Back, knee or neck pain that keeps coming back? Dr. Bharath brings the same return-to-play method he uses with Team India's boxers to everyday pain — a clear plan, a clear timeline, and no guesswork.
Rest. Painkillers. Repeat.
Most pain gets treated as something to wait out. So it settles for a while — and then it's back.
- Told to "rest it" with no idea when, or how, to start moving again.
- Painkillers that quieten the pain but don't fix what's causing it.
- Scans and reports, but no actual plan to get better.
- Giving up the gym, the game or the walk you love — "just to be safe".
Athletes don't rest and hope. They follow a protocol.
When a boxer hurts a shoulder before a championship, "take it easy" isn't an option. The medical team finds the cause, calms it down, rebuilds strength in stages and sets a real return date.
You deserve the same — whether you're getting back to the ring, the office chair or your morning walk.
Pain we help you move past.
Lower back pain
From desk-job stiffness to disc-related pain that flares up again and again.
Knee pain
Runner's knee, ligament strain and early wear that stops you climbing stairs or walking.
Neck & shoulder pain
Tech neck, frozen or stiff shoulders and pain that radiates down the arm.
Sports & gym injuries
Sprains, strains and overuse injuries — with a safe plan back to training.
The return-to-play method, for you.
Every stage has a purpose and a finish line, so you always know what's next.
- Stage 1Assess
A hands-on musculoskeletal and movement assessment to find the real source of the pain.
- Stage 2Calm
Settle pain and inflammation so you can move comfortably again.
- Stage 3Rebuild
Progressive strength and mobility work that restores what the injury took away.
- Stage 4Return
A planned, dated return to work, sport or training — not "see how it goes".
- Stage 5Prevent
The habits and exercises that keep the same pain from coming back.
Doctor-led, start to finish.
Not a one-off consult and a sheet of exercises. A plan that's followed through.

Common questions.
Do I need a scan before I come in?
No. Bring any reports you already have, but most pain can be assessed without one. If a scan will change your treatment, we'll recommend it.
Will I need surgery?
Most back, knee and neck pain improves without surgery. If your assessment shows something that needs a surgeon, we'll tell you clearly and refer you.
How long does recovery take?
It depends on the injury and how long you've had it. After your assessment you'll get a staged plan with an expected timeline, and we review it as you progress.
Can I keep working or exercising?
Usually, yes. The aim is to keep you as active as safely possible, with changes to your routine where needed — not total rest.
What does it cost?
It depends on your assessment and plan. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll share the details.
